We Need your Support for House Bill 4153

This bill is designed to protect agritourism and small farms like ours. Proposed rule changes by the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) could make it harder for farms like ours and many others across the state to stay open to the public. We need your help to speak up for local farms, family-run farm stands, U-picks, flower fields, and pumpkin patches across Oregon.

How You Can Help
Please take a few minutes to send a written testimony by Friday February 6th at 1pm. Your message can be short and simple, share a favorite memory of our farm, let them know why our farm and others are important to Oregon agriculture.

One of the most important ways we sustain our farm is through agritourism. Opening our doors to visitors allows people to experience the beauty of agriculture firsthand. This bill offers support for families and farming traditions in Oregon. It gives family farms like ours in Oregon a chance to leave a lasting legacy that values meaningful connections between small farms and their communities.

Farms like ours rely on flexibility to grow, adapt, and welcome visitors. Your support for this bill helps keep farms thriving, families connected to land and food, and meaningful traditions alive in Oregon. Thank you for standing with local farm families. Thank you for helping us keep growing. Click HERE To learn more about this bill.
