Pricing
  • Three Packages to Choose From:
    • Up to 100 people (includes tables and chairs): $1,800.00
    • Up to 200 people (includes tables and chairs): $2,600.00
    • Up to 300 people (includes tables and chairs): $3,400.00
Provided for your event
  • Before your event
    • One initial meeting with the Wooden Shoe Garden planner.
    • One final meeting with the Wooden Shoe Garden planner to coordinate layouts, settings and other detail.
    • One hour rehearsal, please see Renting the Garden.
  • The Day of your event:
    • Bridal and groom dressing rooms
    • The whole 4 acre garden available for picture taking
    • Large walk-in cooler
    • Portable restrooms
    • Garbage disposal
    • Set up and take down of tables and chairs
    • 4 10x10 pop up tents to use where you like
    • Additional set up and clean up of non-provided items is charged at $60.00 per hour. One hour minimum.
Notes & Additional Charges
  • *Music and alcohol consumption ends at 9 pm. If extended beyond 9 pm, the overtime charge is $500.00 per hour. For extensions, please contact us two weeks before the event, to make arrangements. Clean-up may extend past 10 pm.
  • Any additional set up and clean up of items brought by you, your guests, or vendors will be charged at $60.00 per hour. Minimum charge is one hour.
  • If additional time is needed to set up and clean up beyond one day, a full charge for the gardens will apply for each additional day needed.
