Price Schedule: Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception

Pricing
  • Capacity
    • Up to 100 people: $1,500.00
    • 100 – 200 people: $2,000.00
    • 200 – 300 people: $2,500.00
    • 300 – 400 people: $3,000.00
    • 400 – 500 people: $3,500.00
  • Additional Item Rental:
    • White Folding Chairs: $2.00 each
    • Tables: $8.00 each
    • Children’s table (a separate play table for children, including toys, bubbles, crayons, paper, etc.): $50.00
Provided for your event
  • Before your event
    • One initial meeting with the Wooden Shoe Garden planner.
    • One final meeting with the Wooden Shoe Garden planner to coordinate layouts, settings and other detail.
    • One hour rehearsal, please see Renting the Garden.
  • The Day of your event:
    • Large parking area
    • Bridal & Groom changing rooms
    • The whole Garden available for picture taking
    • We have four 10’x10’ pop up tents available
    • Portable restrooms
    • Garbage disposal
    • Set-up and clean up of above items. Additional set-up and clean up of non- provided items is charged at $60 per hour. One hour minimum.
    • Large walk-in cooler
Notes & Additional Charges
  • *Music and alcohol consumption ends at 9 pm. If extended beyond 9 pm, the overtime charge is $500.00 per hour. For extensions, please contact us two weeks before the event, to make arrangements. Clean-up may extend past 10 pm.
  • Any additional set up and clean up of items brought by you, your guests, or vendors will be charged at $60.00 per hour. Minimum charge is one hour.
  • If additional time is needed to set up and clean up beyond one day, a full charge for the gardens will apply for each additional day needed.
  • You may hire Wooden Shoe Garden’s preferred Wedding Coordinator. She would meet with you for the preliminary planning, would be there for the rehearsal, and she would assist you with your needs during your ceremony and reception. The charge would be approximately $300.00.
