Pricing & Reservations

Packages to choose from:

  • Up to 100 people – $2500
  • Up to 200 people – $3400
  • Up to 300 people – $4200
  • Events held on Sunday – Thursday are eligible for a 30% discount

Renting of the Wooden Shoe Gardens includes all tables, chairs and tents with a maximum of 300 people. For prices and availability call 503-634-2243 or email at office@woodenshoe.com


We require a deposit of $500 for the reservation of your date. $250 of this amount is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost of renting the facility (This amount will be deducted from your total). The other $250 will be fully refunded within 2 weeks of the event if no extra clean-up is necessary or if there was no damage done to the gardens or grounds during the event.

These deposits are due at the time of booking. This is an outdoor facility and there are no refunds for weather related problems, so plan your event accordingly.

    • Wooden Shoe Garden contact to answer any questions about the venue
    • Wooden Shoe Vineyard Wine Tasting to choose wine, alcohol, for the wedding
    • A final meeting with the Wooden Shoe Garden liaison to coordinate layouts of tables, chairs, pop-up tents and other details.
    • One hour rehearsal
      * There is an additional $300 to reserve the gardens or rent tasting room for a rehearsal dinner.

    • Beautiful manicured 4 acre garden
    • Bridal lounge and groom dressing rooms
    • Use of entire farm for photography
    • Large walk-in cooler
    • Clean portable restrooms and hand washing stations
    • 30×60 tent with lights, 20×20 tent with lights (for dance floor)
    • Play area and games for kids and adults
    • Garbage disposal
    • Set up and take down of tables and chairs
    • 4 – 10×10 white pop up tents
    • Unlimited parking
    • Up to 300 chairs for the event
    • 40 5′ round and 20 8′ tables available
    • Power in the garden
    • Garden liaison onsite for any questions about venue
Notes & Additional Charges
  • Music and food consumption ends at 10pm.
  • Alcohol consumption must end at 9:30pm
  • Any additional set up and clean-up of items brought by you, your guests, or vendors will need to be disposed of, by you or your vendor by 11pm. Premises must be vacated by 11pm.
  • Any additional time that needed to set up and clean up beyond one day, will be deducted from the $250 deposit at a rate of $60 per hour.

We allow you to choose any Caterer, DJ or Band, Photographer, Florist or Decorator for you event. Once you have your vendors you will be asked to provide us with names and numbers.

Alcohol Use

Beer and Wine can be served in the Gardens for the reception, but must be purchased through Wooden Shoe Vineyards . No hard alcohol or distilled spirits allowed on premises. A full list of available beer, wine and prices available upon request. A kegerator as well as a licensed OLCC server will be provided for a fee. OLCC license server is required.

Alcohol consumption ends at 9:30pm, maximum of 5 hours serving of alcohol, must be served with food.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

The renter is required to purchase event insurance.The renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wooden Shoe Gardens, its owners, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, actions and liabilities including: injury to persons, damage to property, including but not limited to those caused by any food service, food or alcohol provider and their products hired or obtained by the renter, except for such claims, demands, losses, actions or liabilities that arise out of negligence or willful misconduct by said owners, employees or affiliates.

Wooden Shoe Gardens and its staff will also not be held responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten articles.
