  • Up to 100 people – $1500
  • Up to 200 people – $2400
  • Up to 300 people – $3100

Renting of the Wooden Shoe Gardens includes all tables, chairs and tents with a maximum of 300 people. For prices and availability call 503-634-2243 or email at Office@woodenshoe.com


We require a deposit of $500 for the reservation of your date. $250 of this amount is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost of renting the facility (This amount will be deducted from your total). The other $250 will be fully refunded within 2 weeks of the event if no extra clean-up is necessary or if there was no damage done to the gardens or grounds during the event.

These deposits are due at the time of booking. This is an outdoor facility and there are no refunds for weather related problems, so plan your event accordingly.

    • A meeting with our Wooden Shoe Garden planner to coordinate layouts, settings and other details.
  • The Day of your event:
    • Large walk-in cooler
    • Beautiful manicured 4 acre garden
    • Clean portable restrooms and hand washing stations
    • 30×45 tent with lights, 20×20 tent with lights
    • Play area and garden games for kids and adults
    • Garbage disposal
    • Set up and take down of tables and chairs
    • 4 10×10 pop up tents
    • Unlimited parking
    • 300 chairs for the event
    • 40 5′ round and 20 8′ tables available
    • Power in the garden
  • Ask about renting our Cow Train, Tour Train, and Tractor rides to add something extra to your event. We also have our Zombie Hunt paintball gallery & Archery Tag which is a great addition to any corporate event and team building in the beautiful Willamette Valley.
Notes & Additional Charges
  • Music and food consumption ends at 10pm.
  • Alcohol consumption must end at 9:30pm
  • Any additional set up and clean-up of items brought by you, your guests, or vendors will need to be disposed of, by you or your vendor by 11pm. Premises must be vacated by 11pm.
  • Any additional time that needed to set up and clean up beyond one day, will be deducted from the $250 deposit at a rate of $60 per hour.

You are welcome to use any caterer and other vendors you would like. Please provide the names and phone numbers of all vendors, serving at the event. If you have questions or need suggestions, we have a list of vendors we have worked with.

Alcohol Use

We allow wine from our Wooden Shoe Vineyards and beer served from a licensed server.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

The renter is required to purchase event insurance.

The renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wooden Shoe Gardens, its owners, employees and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, losses, actions and liabilities including: injury to persons, damage to property, including but not limited to those caused by any food service, food or alcohol provider and their products hired or obtained by the renter, except for such claims, demands, losses, actions or liabilities that arise out of negligence or willful misconduct by said owners, employees or affiliates.

Wooden Shoe Gardens and its staff will also not be held responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten articles.
